INTRODUCTION azuuma (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of users participating in the App testing of our platform (“App Services”). By accessing or using the App Services, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your data as described herein. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the App Services. 2. SCOPE & EXPERIMENTAL NATURE OF APP SERVICES The App Services are pre-release, experimental, and subject to modification, discontinuation, or instability. Participants acknowledge that: • azuuma makes no guarantees regarding the security, reliability, or retention of any data processed during the App phase. • Data collected in the App phase may be analyzed, altered, or removed without notice. • Users assume all risks associated with data transmission, usage tracking, and potential system failures during the App phase. Due to the limited duration and experimental nature of the App Services, users should avoid providing any data they consider sensitive, proprietary, or confidential. 3. We do not use App phase data for advertising, marketing, or any commercial monetization purposes. 5. DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE azuuma does not sell personal data. However, we may share or disclose data under the following circumstances: 5.1 Service Providers & Infrastructure Partners We engage trusted third-party vendors to support our App Services, including: • Cloud Hosting & Storage: Providers such as AWS or Google Cloud that host data and content. • AI Processing: Partners like OpenAI or internal AI pipelines that help process data for analytics or feature functionality. • Analytics & Debugging: Tools like Google Analytics and internal logging systems that assist in analyzing usage and diagnosing issues. Key aspects of this dispute resolution process include: • Arbitration Venue: The arbitration will take place in the State of Delaware, or in another location agreed upon by both you and azuuma. • Class Action Waiver: You agree that you will not participate in any class, collective, or representative action against azuuma. All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. • Injunctive Relief: Notwithstanding the above, azuuma retains the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its data, intellectual property, or the security of its services. 11.
